Lower Body Fat Solution - what's the real cause?

If you're reading this you're obviously frustrated with the stubborn bulges of dimply fat (aka cellulite) on the lower half of your body & that no matter how well you eat & how much exercise you do, they do not seem to shred.

What if there was a solution that did not involve exercise & nutrition? Sure, these things help significantly but are they the underlying cause of the issue?

The answer is, NO. You will see improvement but to really knock that fat out of the park you need to understand & address the real issue. Oestrogen overload.

What is this?

This is when the body produces too much of the hormone oestrogen.

How does it store fat?

In Biosignature, the markers or receptor sites for oestrogen are located predominately in the lower body (butt, hips & thighs). When the body produces too much oestrogen they latch onto these receptor sites causing the body to store fat.

What causes the overload?

Anything that acts as a mimicker of oestrogen. Also known as Xenoestrogens.

Where do I find these?

  • Cleaning products
  • Bathroom products
  • Pesticides (non organic produce)
  • Make up & nail polish (containing toluene)
  • Some plastics (containing BPA)
  • Perfumes (up to 2/3rds according to www.canceractive.com)

80,000 chemicals are in products we use daily but less than 10% have been evaluated for safety. When these products come in to contact with our skin they absorb straight into our blood stream. This is a real serious issue. Not just on our fat loss journey but for our health & the health of generations to come. Learn more

So what do we do today to address this issue?

Reduce the load on our bodies by avoiding the above list. Trade in cheap cleaning & bathroom products with non-toxic products. See what I recommend here. The home care collection I recommend avoids over 3000 scientifically questionable ingredients so you know they are safe.

Balance the oestrogen dominance issue by naturally improving the levels of progesterone in the body. Wild yam is an amazing natural product that stimulates the production of this hormone. See what I recommend here.

Detox or process oestrogen by improving gut health & liver and kidney function. In particular the gut plays a main role in eliminating or excreting oestrogen from the body. Fibre & a probiotic are the two products you would not live without. Your best option is to choose a probiotic which acts as a synbiotic. This means that specially formulated fibre has been added to the probiotic that improves gut function at an accelerated rate.

In short your probiotic will work faster & be more effective.

See what I recommend here & for more information on synbiotic click here.

When we focus on getting healthy by eliminating nasty toxins from our homes and start balancing our hormones we will see a massive improvement.
