Don't be fooled by the humble resistance band. This weapon of mass destruction packs a punch & is one of the most valuable tools in VIP training.


We use band work in VIP to activate glutes, triceps, back, shoulders & even the abdominals.


A must have in your VIP kit ranging from $6.00 for a thin red band to $16.00 for a thicker heavier green band. My preferred vendor is Kmart


Gone are the days of needing big heavy pieces of gym equipment to work every single muscle in your body & honestly when you can get outside & train why would you want to step foot in a gym again!?
